Vohburger, one of our user, created a small relay interface PCB for Flyport. This relay interface PCB houses the Flyport module and also supplies 5V Power via a Transformer and 5V Regulator.
Out4/Out5 are used to drive Relays (through NPN transistors). Also isolated inputs are there, provided by 2 Opto-Couplers.
